4. Order Processing Time
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
- Processing Window: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
- Details: During this time, we conduct quality inspections and secure packaging. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday or during public holidays will begin processing the following business day.
5. Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been dispatched, the following delivery windows apply:

6. Shipment Tracking
Transparency is a priority. Within 24 hours of dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress directly on our website or through the carrier’s official tracking portal.
7. VAT, Customs, and Import Duties
- UK Orders: VAT is handled in accordance with local United Kingdom regulations.
- International Orders (USA/EU): Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
- Responsibility: These additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Tremy Nayla has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the item after a delivery attempt, a reshipping fee may apply.
- Address Changes: Modifications can only be made within 24 hours of order placement. Once dispatched, we cannot reroute the package.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
- Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at support@tremynayla.com within 48 hours with clear photographic evidence. We will prioritise a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If a carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Tremy Nayla is not responsible for theft or loss from the delivery site.
